First batch of roasted pumpkin seeds.
Place the pumpkin seeds in a single layer on an olive oiled baking sheet, stirring to coat. Sprinkle with salt and bake at 325 until toasted, about 15 minutes, stirring after 5-7 minutes.
I lay on a paper bag to remove excess oil. Store sealed.
